Crystal said she had great communication skills and we totally agree that she knew how to use her mouth to the very best advantage! She also said she took pride in her personal appearence and thought it was important to look good in sales. We offered her a position on all fours and took turns trying her out at different angles during the hands on part of the interview. Crystal did what had to be done to get the job done for us!
